Roman V. Gambourg, is a managing partner of the firm, has been described in Chambers USA (2007) as an “immensely practical and well-informed counselor,” who “leaves esoteric advice at the door,” and has been featured on Good Morning NY Radio Show. His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation, with an emphasis on Real Estate, Corporate and Entertainment Law.  Mr. Gambourg has represented prominent clients across the country.  He has worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and served as Secretary for the City of New York Bar Association International Law Section, and as Chairman of the International Law Club. While in law school, he published in the International Law Club Journal, “Corruption in the Russian Federation”. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University and graduated from Hofstra Law School. He has also completed Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He has worked on prominent deals such as Sochi Olympic Festival sponsored by Sberbank, Gorki City and Audi, a production of Carnegie Hall for a sold out show for Alexander Markov, a Bacardi event in Moscow for the Box New York City, and is currently retained by an Entertainment Company that holds an Exclusive on Foreign Talent for the Olympic Games Sochi Festival 2014. Many clients of the Firm are national and worldwide A-List celebrities. The firm currently serves as general counsel for a leading Eastern Europe offshore software development, custom programming and IT outsourcing company as well several Real Estate Funds across the world and in the United States. He is the attorney for Russian Assistance Development Committee on United Nations.

Andrew Borsen, is a managing partner in the firm, graduated from New York Military Academy as the Valedictorian of his class.  He attended Boston University where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Statistical Research and Analysis.  He attended New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts and was later admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew practiced with multiple large firms specializing in commercial litigation and corporate transaction. While there, Andrew worked with both large companies and individual principals to ensure a smooth, timely and cost effective transaction.  The knowledge, experience and insight he gained while working with both individuals and corporate entities has given him an unparalleled advantage over those attorneys who have practiced solely on one side of the law. He uses that knowledge and experience to his advantage on a daily basis when dealing with his clients.  Currently, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor teaching Business and Law at the School of General Management, Metropolitan College of New York.
